Subprocessor Disclosure
Third-party service providers that process data on behalf of EcomSolveBD to deliver the platform.
Infrastructure and hosting
Purpose: application delivery, database storage, backups.
- Vercel — web application hosting (global edge).
- Railway / cloud providers — API and worker hosting.
- Neon (or equivalent) — managed PostgreSQL database.
Authentication and communications
- Google — OAuth sign-in (optional) and Google Ads / GA4 APIs when you connect.
- Meta — Facebook Login for Business and Marketing / Conversions APIs when you connect.
- TikTok — TikTok OAuth and Marketing / Events APIs when you connect.
- Email/SMS providers — transactional messages (e.g., OTP, alerts) where enabled.
Ecommerce platforms
- Shopify — store connection when authorized.
- WooCommerce — store connection via REST API and webhooks when authorized.
Updates
We may add or change subprocessors. Material changes will be posted on this page. Enterprise customers with a DPA receive notice per contract terms.
