Use EcomSolveBD only for lawful ecommerce operations, marketing measurement, and operations you are authorized to perform. Respect ad platform, payment, and consumer protection rules in every market you serve.

Prohibited conduct

• Illegal products, services, or deceptive advertising.
• Sending false or manipulated conversion events to ad platforms.
• Scraping, reverse engineering, or bypassing rate limits or security controls.
• Uploading malware, phishing content, or unauthorized personal data.
• Sharing account access with competitors to resell the service without authorization.
• Generating artificial traffic or fake orders to inflate metrics.

API and integration abuse

Do not exceed reasonable API usage, attempt credential stuffing, or use the service to harass individuals. We implement rate limiting and monitoring to protect platform stability.

Enforcement

We may warn, throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this AUP or create risk to EcomSolveBD, other merchants, or third-party platforms. Serious violations may be reported to authorities.
