In the last 12 months we may collect:

- Commercial information: orders, products, subscription history.
- Internet activity: event logs, attribution paths, integration usage.
- Professional information: business name and role.
Business purposes
We use personal information to provide the service, secure accounts, debug issues, comply with law, and improve features — not to sell personal information.
We do not sell personal information
EcomSolveBD does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under CPRA. Advertising data flows to Meta/Google/TikTok only when you, the merchant, configure those integrations.
Your rights
- Know what personal information we collect and how it is used.
- Delete personal information subject to exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of sale/share (not applicable — we do not sell).
- Non-discrimination for exercising rights.
How to submit requests
Email privacy@ecomsolvebd.com with "California privacy request" in the subject. We verify requests using account email or reasonable methods. Authorized agents may submit with proof of authorization.
